Monday-Friday Weekends off Light touch freight Maximum 1-2 layovers weekly Home most nights Consistent miles and reliable schedule Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, on designated routes to deliver freight efficiently and punctually Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, ensuring proper handling of refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks as needed Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load securement to ensure safety standards are met Follow all federal, state, and company regulations related to commercial driving, including hours of service and safety protocols Manage route driving responsibilities with precision, adhering to delivery schedules while maintaining a focus on safety and customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes Maintain accurate records of deliveries, load & unload activities, mileage logs, and vehicle inspections Experience Proven experience as a delivery driver with a valid Class A CDL license Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently and safely Experience driving refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks or roll-off trucks preferred Prior freight delivery experience involving load & unload procedures and route driving Familiarity with forklift operation for loading/unloading cargo is a plus Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and cargo handling is essential Join us in delivering excellence with energy and professionalism!
