Class A CDL Driver- 1st Shift

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Truck Driver to join our Class A CDL team in Paulding, OH. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination)

SHIFT HOURS

7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working weekends and holidays

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$23.30 with the potential of increasing to $23.80 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job functions include: Deliver feed as scheduled with a positive attitude Properly disinfect trucks and use proper biosecurity attire Responsible for completing driver logs and inspection reports on a daily basis Assist in other areas of the Feed Mill when needed, including hauling grain, grinding grain, dumping wagons and trucks, and mill cleaning
