$30 - $35.00 Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver with experience operating both manual (10/13-speed) and automatic transmission trucks. This role is responsible for transporting materials and goods safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and/or reefers Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance Load, unload, and secure cargo using proper techniques and equipment Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic and weather conditions Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required documentation Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment Additional Responsibilities (Non-Driving Work) When driving assignments are not scheduled, drivers are expected to support plant operations at our San Marcos and San Diego facilities . This ensures consistent hours and team productivity.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting plant yard technicians with the manufacturing and production of seal products Supporting material handling, staging, and general yard organization Operating basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided) Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the yard and production areas Assisting with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for upcoming routes This role is structured to provide steady, full-time work , with the expectation that all team members contribute to both transportation and plant operations as needed. Qualifications Valid California Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Minimum 2+ years of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience Proven ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety compliance Clean driving record and commitment to maintaining a strong CSA score Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs as needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Endorsements such as Doubles/Triples and/or Hazmat (if applicable) TWIC card (required for port-related positions) Experience in one or more of the following: Local/port drayage Regional or OTR routes Construction or dump truck operations Work Environment & Schedules Work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on route and business needs Why Join Us Competitive pay structure with growth potential Consistent work and stable routes Well-maintained equipment (manual and automatic fleet) Supportive dispatch and operations team Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Submit your resume and driving record.
