Home Every Night Starting Pay:

$29/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Sign-On Bonus:

$3,000 Milton Propane is looking for a safety-focused Full-Time Semi Driver to join our transport team. In this essential role, you'll help keep our branch bulk storage tanks supplied so we can continue providing dependable propane service to homes, businesses, and recreational customers across our region of Wisconsin and Illinois. Please apply only if you currently hold a valid Class A CDL, HazMat endorsement, Tanker endorsement, and have 5+ years of verifiable experience hauling hazardous materials or HazMat-related products. Competitive Pay:

Starting at $29/hour , depending on experience and qualifications

Sign-On Bonus:

$3,000 total — $1,500 after 6 months and $1,500 after 12 months

Work:

Balance cab time with active, outdoor, hands-on work Responsibilities Safely load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane to and from company owned branch facilities and wholesale propane terminals Follow all DOT, FMCSA, HazMat, and company safety procedures Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain automatic accurate logs, delivery records, and required paperwork Operate both manual and automatic transmission equipment safely Represent Milton Propane with professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety Assist with branch support, cylinder deliveries, equipment moves, and project-based work during the off-season Report equipment, safety, or maintenance concerns promptly Service your own semi's routine oil change/ service needs and schedule all other promptly Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a clean DOT driving record Valid HazMat and Tanker endorsements 5+ years of verifiable experience hauling hazardous materials or HazMat-related products Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission equipment Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds on occasion Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship Ability to pass required DOT drug/alcohol testing, background checks, and driving record review Preferred Qualifications Experience with vehicle, truck, trailer, or fleet maintenance Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify/report equipment issues Prior propane, fuel, bulk transport, or terminal loading experience Why Milton Propane?
