Why Drivers Choose Blue Ridge Pallet Home Daily Assigned Trucks No-Touch Freight Dry Van Trailers Health & Dental Insurance Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off Consistent Full-Time Schedule Supportive Team Environment On-Site Gym Available for Employee Use Responsibilities Safely operate your assigned truck to deliver finished pallets to customers Transport loads in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Accurately complete driver manifests and delivery documentation Verify delivery instructions and maintain communication with dispatch Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions safely Report accidents, mechanical issues, or violations promptly Maintain a professional and safety-focused attitude at all times Requirements Valid Class A CDL No automatic transmission restrictions Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience required Clean driving record with no recent major violations Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and road test Dependable and punctual Ability to adapt to traffic, weather, and changing schedules Must be able to commute to Staunton, VA 24401 Schedule & Pay Full-Time Monday - Friday Average 9-hour workday Home every night
