Physical Certification Full Job Description Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A drivers with at least 3 months experience for a dedicated regional account. This position provides regular home time, consistent routes across the Southwestern and Mountain regions, and operation of modern automatic sleeper tractors and 53' dry vans. Overview 100% touch freight: drivers load boxes onto gravity rollers inside trailers; store personnel handle unloading from rollers. Drivers are not required to remove items from rollers or stock shelves.

Regional lanes:

TX, NM, AZ, NV, UT, CO.

Home every week (34-hour reset).

Average expected mileage:

approximately 2,000 miles per week. Equipment & Schedule Automatic transmission sleeper tractors. 53' dry vans. Typical schedule provides regular weekly home time; drivers must be available for regional on-duty requirements and normal variations in daily start times. Compensation & Benefits $1,500

Average pay per load:

$285 (typically 2-3 loads per week).

Training pay:

$200 per day (for training runs, typically covering 3 loads). Comprehensive benefits including medical, HSA, dental, life insurance, AD&D, PTO, 401(k), and voluntary benefits. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL and minimum age 21. At least 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience within the last 12 months. No more than two moving violations in the last three years. No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last five years. No major moving violations (for example: excessive speeding 15+ mph over, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months. Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; not subject to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty requirement. Not terminated from each of the two most recent Class A or B driving positions for safety-related reasons. Valid DOT medical certificate with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation. Residence within 50 miles of Phoenix or Tucson, AZ.
