Monday - Friday 10a-9p

Position Duties:

The Driver Lead BC is responsible for Operating a tractor trailer on a dedicated or flexible route (3 days per week +/-), heavier during peak season Nov-Jan Road testing new drivers Coordinating trucks in for maintenance and repairs Training new drivers & coaching existing drivers Trouble shooting mechanical issues Assisting drivers with ELD or paperwork issues Maintaining company policies and procedures The Driver Lead BC position will report to the operations manager and be involved in day to day operations and will act as 2nd in command. Class A driving is 40-60% of this position backfilling open shifts as needed.

Experience Required:

2 year verifiable tractor trailer class A driving experience with doubles preferred Experience managing, coaching, training. Ability to troubleshoot & resolve problematic situations Basic mechanical commonsense Ability to organize and maintain an efficient flow of work Technology savy Doubles endorsement required •Excellent communication skills•
