Job Description

Currently hiring Class A Dump Truck Drivers for a temporary, project-based assignment supporting out-of-town work in the Sonora, CA area. This position is expected to run through the end of 2026 and offers consistent work. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, with the potential for Saturday work as the project demands. We are a local trucking company based out of Chico, CA. Class A Dump Truck Driver Currently seeking day shift Class A drivers. Differential pay being offered on experience Local Trucking Company that offers a diverse range of services to the surrounding community. We are currently looking, for immediate hire, local Class A truck drivers to run our Super 10s or End Dumps. Benefits include Retirement Program, Medical Benefits, and Paid Holidays. Must have at least 2 yrs. experience and a clean driving record.
Looking for Candidates who can:
  • Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Be willing to be out of town Monday-Friday when necessary
  • Be punctual
  • Keep your truck clean (inside and out)
  • Fill out and turn in all necessary paperwork/inspections daily
  • Transport materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow designated routes and schedules for deliveries
  • Ensure proper securing of loads to prevent shifting or damage during transportation
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck and equipment
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the truck Must have:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a driver or operating heavy equipment preferred
  • Knowledge of proper loading and unloading techniques for different types of materials
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of operating heavy equipment and lifting heavy loads+
