We're a no-nonsense team that values reliability, communication, and drivers who know their equipment. ⸻ Position Overview We're hiring an experienced Class A CDL Heavy Haul Driver to handle rig moving and oversized oilfield loads. This is not a basic driving job—you'll be hauling critical equipment, working in active oilfield environments, and traveling where the work is. If you know how to handle a haul truck and heavy haul equipment, secure a load properly, and operate safely under pressure, you'll fit right in. ⸻ What You'll Do Transport oilfield equipment, rig components, and oversized loads Perform rig moving operations safely and efficiently Operate heavy haul equipment Secure loads using chains, binders, and proper techniques Follow permits, routing, and DOT regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain ELD logs and required paperwork Communicate with dispatch/field crews and office personnel Work in varying weather and field conditions ⸻ What We're Looking For Valid CDL Class A License 2+ years heavy haul and/or rig moving experience preferred Strong knowledge of load securement and DOT compliance Experience with oversized/overweight loads Clean driving record Ability to travel and stay out as needed Dependable, hard-working, and safety-focused ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Oilfield / rig moving experience Heavy Haul experience Familiar with permits and routes ⸻ What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent oilfield work Travel opportunities Supportive, experienced team ⸻ Why Work With Rock Point Trucking At Rock Point Trucking, we understand the demands of the oilfield.
