Ability to lift, bend, twist and climb with an average weight of 50 lbs. Ability to operate manual transmission. DOT physical and drug test. Background check. Earnings A CDL Driver's weekly compensation will be the greater of the following: Minimum Hourly Rate multiplied by the number of time clock hours worked, or Minimum Weekly Rate; or Performance Compensation.

Minimum Hourly Rate:

$ 23.00 per hour to drivers with a Class B CDL for weekly hours not exceeding 50 hours.

Minimum Weekly Rate:

$900.00 per week for the first year of service to drivers with a Class B CDL. $1,000.00 per week for the sixth year of service to drivers with a Class B CDL. $1,050.00 per week for the eleventh year of service to drivers with a Class B CDL.

• The driver's performance compensation will be computed as follows: Day pay; plus Mileage pay; plus, Piece pay; plus, Stop pay; plus, Backhaul pay;
• or•Load pay.

• Performance Compensation earnings from $47,800
• $71,000 or more.
• Performance/Attendance Bonus $200 per week
