Job Overview Frost Management is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented full-time cleaner to join our growing team in McCall, Donnelly, and Cascade. Our cleaners play a huge role in the guest experience by helping every home feel clean, welcoming, and ready for 5-star stays. Frost Management is under new ownership and entering an exciting new chapter focused on growth, improved systems, strong team culture, and delivering exceptional service to both guests and homeowners. We are investing heavily into our team, operations, and the overall guest experience. This is not a typical housekeeping job. We manage high-quality vacation homes and take pride in delivering 5-star stays. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates well, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about quality. Responsibilities Clean and prepare vacation rental homes between guest stays Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Restock supplies and report low inventory Identify and report maintenance issues or damage Ensure homes are guest-ready before arrivals Work closely with inspectors, maintenance staff, and office team Maintain professionalism and positive communication with the team Occasionally assist with deep cleans and special projects Requirements Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stay physically active throughout the day Weekend availability required Previous cleaning or hospitality experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Performance-based incentives available About Frost Management At Frost Management, we believe great hospitality starts with great people.
