Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and high integrity part-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all. This is a part-time role with opportunity to expand as the business grows. Semi-flexible schedule with around 40 hours per week . This full time role is for 6 days a week : Monday = 8a-3pm, Tuesday = 7a-3p, Wednesday = 9a-3pm, Thursday = 7a-3p, Friday = 9a

• 3pm, Saturday = 9a-1pm This totals to be about 40 hours a week . This role is in Bentonville, just West of the I49 highway at several different buildings that are very close in proximity. There is also 1 location in Bella Vista that needs to be serviced 2x/week. Duties
• Perform standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and vacuuming
• Handle trash removal and disposal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Perform minor maintenance activities related to cleaning such as spot window cleaning
• Must be able to work alone or in a team scenario given expansion Requirements
• Must have own transportation and driver license
• High integrity with a strong focus on customer service
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be attentive to detail and care about client satisfaction. Must work at an efficient pace. Must demonstrate reliability. Able to lift 35 lbs. Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
