The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Cleans hallways, lobbies, common areas, bathrooms, elevators, stairways, fitness center, offices, dining room, trash rooms, etc. Vacuums carpets, Cleans vinyl floors, furniture, equipment, windows, blinds, etc. Takes out the trash daily. Cleans vacant apartments. Stocks bathroom supplies. Assists in keeping the grounds clean. Complete follow up cleaning on "Show Units" used in the rental process. Snow Removal - assist in shoveling of walkways and application of ice-melt. Assist with light maintenance tasks Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies High school or equivalent Driver's License US work authorization
