Role:

MGH Hospitality Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our operations at Desert Bloom Campground —a unique desert property with dome-style glamping units and an on-site café. As an Airbnb cleaner, you'll be responsible for flipping 3• domes• and 1 Volkswagen Rental each booked ~2-7 times per week year round. Each clean takes approximately 30-45 minutes and includes: Changing all bedding (including loft bed—must be comfortable using a ladder) Running and keeping up with laundry (on-site laundry machines and detergent provided, with linen storage and folding tables available) Vacuuming/mopping all floors Disinfecting surfaces and wiping down all areas Tidying up and preparing the space for the next guest This is not an hourly job — cleaners are paid $20 per dome and $10 per Volkswagen and expected to work independently using the Airbnb calendar. Remember, these are not vacation rentals, each dome is 1 room, and the average time to complete each is around 35 minutes. You'll be given a cleaning guide to follow by our team , but should be confident in your attention to detail and reliability. We are flexible if you have time off needed for vacation or other commitments, but we ARE looking for a solid long term partnership.

Other Responsibilities:

Treat everyone on-site with kindness. Finish all cleans between 11 AM and 4 PM Professionally reset and tidy the dome for the next guest

Requirements:
