Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as doing floors mainly sweep and mop. Maintain cleanliness standards in commercial and residential spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct custodial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure facilities are well-equipped and hygienic. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning operations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on quality and efficiency. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies used in industrial or large-scale environments. Ability to perform residential painting or light maintenance tasks as needed to support facility upkeep. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
