Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping and mopping to maintain a pristine appearance Handle custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface disinfecting Assist with industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing specialized equipment for heavy-duty tasks Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly Maintain cleanliness standards in both commercial and residential settings by following established protocols Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently to maximize productivity Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; custodial or porter experience is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus Join us in creating clean, safe spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for!
