Residential & Airbnb Cleaning Technician Becky's Helping Hands Cleaning Services LLC is growing, and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients. We specialize in high-end residential cleaning and Airbnb turnovers throughout Santee and surrounding areas. Our company is known for reliability, attention to detail, professionalism, and treating both our clients and team with respect. What You'll Do Perform residential and Airbnb cleanings Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Make beds and stage homes neatly for guests/homeowners Restock supplies and check property readiness Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients and coworkers What We're Looking For Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Must be trustworthy, respectful, and team-oriented Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person What Makes Us Different At Becky's Helping Hands, we believe in quality over rushed work.
