Cleaning Lead

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Dust and wipe surfaces to maintain a dust-free environment while adhering to safety protocols. Fill in for any team member absences in various locations Provide minor repairs or replace equipment Disinfect high-touch areas regularly to promote health and safety standards. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability. Remove trash and recyclables from bins and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned areas. Maintain a clean inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage

Experience:

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for eager learners. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday; ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use is a plus but not mandatory.
