Ocean Cleaning Cleaning Operations Assistant - Vacation Rental Turnover Company (Weekends) $20/hour | Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM-3:00/5:00 PM (depending on workload) About Us Ocean Cleaning Service is a professional vacation rental cleaning company serving properties along Florida's coast. We're seeking a dependable Cleaning Operations Assistant to coordinate our cleaning team, communicate with property managers, and ensure smooth weekend operations. Experience managing communication between service teams and clients is highly valued. Why Work With Us? Weekly pay | Professional work environment | Growth potential | Mix of office and field work What You'll Do Coordinate cleaning schedules and communicate job assignments to cleaning staff Manage communication between cleaners and property managers professionally Handle service complaints and scheduling conflicts calmly and find practical solutions Answer phone calls, schedule jobs, and troubleshoot issues in real-time Visit properties to inspect completed cleans and ensure quality standards Deliver linens, supplies, or handle urgent needs Process light laundry loads (folding, sorting, restocking) Maintain office organization and enter updates into our system Additional duties as needed Requirements Exceptional professionalism and communication skills — polished and composed in all situations Ability to manage communication between service teams and clients diplomatically Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Smartphone, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of car insurance required Able to work independently and lift/transport supplies as needed
Strongly Preferred:
Experience managing communication between service providers and clients (cleaning, hospitality, healthcare, retail, restaurants) or handling complaints and service issues professionally
Work Schedule Saturdays & Sundays:
9:00 AM-3:00/5:00 PM (end time varies) Additional weekday shifts may become available
Pay:
$20/hour | Weekly pay
