Position Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented cleaners to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services. Team members must be professional, trustworthy, organized, and able to maintain high-quality cleaning standards while representing the company positively. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning services including: Sweeping Mopping Dusting Vacuuming Bathroom sanitation Kitchen cleaning Trash removal Surface disinfecting Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs Maintain professionalism and positive communication with clients Follow company cleaning standards and procedures Report supply needs or client concerns Work independently or as part of a team Help maintain a positive company culture and client experience Qualifications Reliable transportation

REQUIRED

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to manage time efficiently Professional attitude and appearance Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow with the company Compensation Pay is based on booked and completed cleaning services. As company growth and client bookings increase, earning opportunities increase as well. Reliable and high-performing team members may have opportunities for additional responsibilities and advancement within the company.

Pay:

$75.00 - $250.00 per day
