In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across residential and commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every space meets high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance. Duties Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust and wipe down surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Empty trash and replace garbage bags Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor is mandatory Ability to work independently and follow instructions
