Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage. Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies and managing custodial equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is valued, but not a requirement. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate positively and effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas.
