Move with urgency and don't need to be micromanaged Take pride in doing quality work—even when no one is watching Can work as part of a team and communicate clearly Want to improve, get faster, and take on more responsibility No cleaning experience required. We will train the right person. Job Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and insurance Smartphone with call/text/data capability Ability to: Be on your feet for up to 8 hours Climb stairs regularly Bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 10-30 hours per week You choose your available days

Pay & Growth Starting Pay:

$16.00-$17.00/hour Performance-based increase after 30 days Opportunities for additional pay increases and crew leadership roles as you prove reliability, speed, and attention to detail Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Service Area Based in Bowling Green, OH Jobs within a 30-mile radius Must be able to travel up to 30-45 minutes, each way, when needed Before You Apply We're building something from the ground up.
