Mobile Auto Detailing Technician (Contract Position) Clean Z's Mobile Detailing - Raleigh, NC Clean Z's Mobile Detailing is looking for a motivated and hardworking detailing technician to join our growing mobile detailing team. This is an independent contractor position for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and wants to grow with a fast-growing company. We are looking for a reliable team member who is ready to help build the Clean Z's brand throughout the Raleigh area by delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. Position Overview This is a mobile detailing position where you will travel to customer locations to perform professional detailing services. Contractors should expect to complete approximately 2-3 detailing appointments per day depending on service type and schedule. This position is expected to work 6 days per week , with availability Monday through Saturday. This position is best suited for someone who: Is self-motivated Works hard without constant supervision Has strong attention to detail Wants consistent work opportunities Is interested in growing alongside the company Compensation 30% commission per completed job 100% of tips kept by technician Opportunity for higher earnings as volume grows Contractor Requirements As an independent contractor, applicants are responsible for providing and paying for their own: Reliable transportation Gas/fuel expenses Detailing supplies and chemicals Equipment and tools Vacuum/extractor/steam equipment preferred Valid driver's license Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle details Travel to customer locations throughout the Raleigh area Maintain professional appearance and communication with customers Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality Handle appointments independently and on time Represent Clean Z's Mobile Detailing professionally at all times Preferred Experience Prior detailing experience preferred Experience with steam cleaning, shampooing, paint protection, or ceramic coatings is a plus Ability to manage time effectively and complete multiple appointments daily What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Hardworking attitude Strong attention to detail Positive mindset and willingness to grow Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Team-oriented mentality with a desire to help grow the company About Clean Z's Mobile Detailing Clean Z's Mobile Detailing is a fast-growing mobile detailing company serving the Raleigh area.
