Cleaning Technician

Duties & Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Work efficiently while providing excellent customer service Communicate professionally with clients and team members Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures Help create a positive experience for every client Requirements Reliable transportation required Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift, bend, stand, and stay active throughout shifts Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person Compensation & Benefits Performance-based pay averaging approximately $17-$25+ per hour Commission structure starting at 32%, with opportunities to increase up to 40% based on performance and client feedback 100% of tips are kept by the cleaner Flexible scheduling Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Consistent opportunities for additional hours and growth within the company
