Cleaning Technician — Residential & Janitorial

About this role We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable person to join our small cleaning team. You'll work inside private homes and professional spaces in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and nearby areas — doing work that actually matters to the people who live and work there. This is a part-time position with consistent, scheduled hours. It's a good fit if you're a student or someone who wants reliable part-time work with a professional team that treats you well. What you'll do Clean and detail private homes on a recurring schedule (daytime, weekday shifts) Assist with move-out cleans of vacant properties Cover select janitorial shifts at a professional office space (Thursday evenings and Sundays) Follow room-by-room cleaning playbooks — we document everything so you always know what's expected Communicate with the team lead using your phone for scheduling and check-ins What we're looking for Reliable transportation — you need to get to job sites on time, independently Must be able to reliably commute to job sites in El Dorado Hills and Folsom. We do not reimburse for commute time or mileage. A genuine eye for detail — you notice what others miss Strong work ethic and a professional attitude Comfort using basic apps on your phone Physically able to handle cleaning tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs, stairs, and being on your feet Legal authorization to work in the United States Willingness to pass a criminal background check Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required if you're a fast learner who takes pride in their work.
