Job Title:

Production Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our production systems. This role involves handling mixers, entering data, and operating processing equipment, while ensuring the smooth staging and packaging of materials. Responsibilities Load mixers and prepare batches for production. Enter accurate data into production systems and computer systems. Operate processing equipment and monitor computerized display and control screens. Move and stage materials efficiently for production. Package products according to company standards. Maintain proper documentation for all processes. Monitor assigned equipment, including start-up, shut-down, and lockout/tag-out procedures. Operate fork lift safely and proficiently. Use digital scales in both metric and US standard units. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, production, packaging, and machine operation. Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and inspection. Ability to follow work instructions accurately. Understanding of machine safety and production line processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as an operator in a production environment. Familiarity with machine operation and cleanroom standards. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work hours typically range from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some required weekday overtime. Shifts may vary based on experience, with potential adjustments to 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, or other scheduled hours between 5:00 AM and 11:15 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simpsonville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
