Job Title:

Cleanroom Technician Job Description As a Cleanroom Technician, you will support either pre-production or post-production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work with a variety of equipment and processes to ensure products meet strict FDA and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as mixers, pulverizers, sealers, and filling machines. Perform manual filling tasks when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace in accordance with FDA and cleanroom standards. Accurately document production activities and follow established procedures. Lift and handle bags of raw materials weighing up to 80 lbs throughout the shift. Rotate between workstations as needed to support daily production goals. Perform 'barback' duties, including restocking materials and completing daily sanitation tasks. Essential Skills 1+ year of production experience in an FDA-compliant manufacturer. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and record-keeping. Ability to operate mixers, pulverizers, sealers, and filling machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Proficiency in sealing, counting, filling, measuring, labelling, mixing, production, machine operating, inventory, packaging, and pre-production. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position requires availability between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours. The facility is non-smoking and requires the use of personal protective equipment including hair nets, coats, gloves, and booties. All rooms are climate and moisture controlled to ensure a comfortable working environment. The role requires signing a non-disclosure agreement for the supplement recipes and is open to bilingual or Spanish-speaking individuals. Please note, candidates with dairy or shellfish allergies cannot be considered for this position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
