What You'll Do:
Logistics Coordination & Scheduling Truck Scheduling- respond to carrier emails for dock appointments, update spreadsheet to track appointments, responsible for inbound, outbound, interplant & warehouse transfers. Planning/Scheduling
- review open sales orders to determine customer requirements, arrange production schedule that ensures maximum output, with minimal time, coordinate and/or monitor the flow of products through the complete production cycle including labeling, packaging and shipping, utilize SAP system to auto-generate manufacturing work orders, look at usage to ensure enough product to fill orders, coordinate between warehouses, purchasing, customer service & sales on material shortages, order labeled product from other plants, coordinate and accelerate manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.

- distribute and/or file all warehouse paperwork, as necessary (i.e. BOLs, paperwork for outbound shipments including interplant and warehouse transfers). Inventory Management Inventory
- utilize SAP to keep accurate inventory, assist with ongoing and yearly inventory, maintain accurate lot and stock books, investigate inventory issues, make inventory/lot adjustments, keep inventory integrity, rotating product FIFO, manage process of old vs new inventory with direction from Corporate, deduct all product sent to dents or lost during labeling and/or packaging, assist in keeping variance report in check, release brite stock from computer records for ordering purposes, create tags for labeled product, keep tag inventory accurate, enter, edit and process usages of labels/brite (TECO), reconcile back-flush HU material, move hold stock from usable grade to hold or suspend, release stock from hold after recondition.

Education & Experience High school diploma or GED, preferred. Two-year technical degree in office administration or related course work, preferred. 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills & Abilities Proficient computer skills required. Must have attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and basic math skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
