Job Description
SummarySchedule loading shipments for delivery to customers in a timely manner with no late loads or incorrect product shipment.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physicallyCheck products for defects and accuracyOrganize packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipmentEnsure that serial and batch numbers match the productProcess customers orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its wayVerify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and typesMake sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely mannerOperate pallets to transport shipments from the storage area to the palletHandle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areasEnsure that the warehouse is cleaned and maintained at all timesAll other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsTo Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills. Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma desired.
Shipping Experience preferred.
Knowledge/SkillsAbility to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner that is consistent with the essential job functions. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesList the supervisory responsibilities the position must perform; include the department or position titles responsible for and the level of authority exercised in performing the responsibilities.

Must be able to lift 40lbs or more on a regular basisWork EnvironmentWork environment is predominantly wet and exposed to a variety of odors as well as presenting with hot and cold temperatures. Safety protection is provided.
