POLACHECK'S JEWELERS
Client Advisor Reports to: Director of Sales
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Jewelry & Watch Industry Experience
  • Prior background in fine jewelry, watches, or luxury goods retail is mandatory. ? CRM Proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate client records, execute outreach programs, and meet client management KPIs within a CRM platform is mandatory.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Advisor at Polacheck's Jewelers, you are the face of our brand
  • building lasting client relationships through exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and proactive engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Client Engagement:
    Greet and assist clients, providing tailored recommendations based on individual preferences and needs.
      Product Knowledge:
      Maintain deep expertise across our brand portfolio, including brand heritage and storytelling.
        Sales Achievement:
        Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store goals.
          Relationship Building:
          Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
          • CRM & KPIs (Required): Keep client information current and accurate, complete all required trainings on time, and meet or exceed outreach and follow-up metrics in the CRM system.
          Visual Merchandising:
          Help maintain an inviting, on-brand store environment.
            Inventory Management:
            Assist with stock management and inventory counts to ensure the floor is well-stocked.
              Team Collaboration:
              Contribute to a cohesive, supportive team culture.
                Mystery Shop:
                Achieve a minimum score of 85% on mystery shop evaluations.
                QUALIFICATIONS
                • Jewelry/Watch or Luxury Retail Experience
                • Required:
                  Prior background in fine jewelry, watches, or luxury retail is mandatory. Hospitality experience may be considered alongside demonstrated jewelry or watch knowledge.
                • CRM Experience
                • Required:
                  Proven track record managing client data, executing outreach campaigns, and meeting CRM-based performance metrics.
                Communication:
                Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele.
                  Sales Acumen:
                  Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales goals through consultative selling and compelling storytelling.
                    Interpersonal Skills:
                    Natural ability to build rapport and earn client trust.

                    Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy.

                    • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
