Training & Licensing Provided | Pre-qualified Affiliate Company Leads As part of a worldwide enterprise of over 7,000 employees , Archwell Holdings is launching a new business focused on serving the homeowner's and auto insurance needs of our affiliated company's customers. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a large, successful organization at the early stages of a high-growth initiative. We are building a next-generation insurance sales platform designed to connect consumers with the right coverage quickly and efficiently. This an excellent opportunity for those new to the industry because, we invest in our people by providing training and supporting motivated candidates through the licensing process . We will train you on the insurance industry where you will learn to service existing clients and sell insurance products. Client Advisors work with warm, pre-qualified prospect s and guide them in selecting the best insurance products to fit their individual needs. All leads are provided - no cold calling required. Why This Role Is Different Most insurance sales roles require producers to generate their own leads or rely heavily on cold prospecting. Our agents work with a steady stream of pre-qualified inbound shoppers who have already started the quoting process and are actively looking to purchase our coverage.
Your job is to:
Help customers finalize their policy purchase Ensure proper coverage selection Identify opportunities to bundle additional policies Deliver an exceptional buying experience This allows our agents to focus on selling and advising - not chasing leads. Responsibilities Work with pre-qualified inbound customers who have already initiated insurance quotes Review customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines insurance solutions Identify and present cross-sell opportunities , including bundling policies to maximize customer value Process a high volume of insurance policies efficiently and accurately Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and service Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency systems Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates Work collaboratively with team members to support overall agency growth Performance Profile (What Success Looks Like) Top performers in this role typically: Convert a high percentage of inbound shoppers into policyholders Consistently bundle multiple policies per household Maintain strong follow-up discipline with quoting customers Manage a high-volume workflow while maintaining accuracy Build trust quickly and guide customers through coverage decisions Agents who excel in this environment can generate substantial production and income growth. Qualifications Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license through our training Previous insurance or mortgage experience is a plus Motivated candidates new to the industry are encouraged to apply Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume workflow Comfortable working with CRM and agency management systems Self-motivated with strong work ethic and team mindset Compensation Base Salary + Uncapped Commission First-year total compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 Benefits Health Insurance Retirement Plan Career Growth We are designed to scale nationally.
