$26/hour on W2 About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Support Analyst to join their Operations team within Asset & Wealth Management. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality client service, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical thinking, and is passionate about enhancing the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound client calls and provide accurate, timely resolution to inquiries and concerns Support trade execution and respond to client questions related to accounts, portfolios, and transactions De-escalate customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving Assist clients with navigating digital platforms, troubleshooting issues, and understanding services Review and approve client requests, ensuring all required documentation and authorizations are compliant Collaborate with internal teams, client service professionals, and financial advisors to improve service delivery Manage multiple tasks across systems and platforms efficiently Identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities in line with compliance standards Participate in special projects and support operational initiatives as needed Ensure adherence to company policies including quality standards, data security, and regulatory compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong client service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Active listening and conflict resolution capabilities Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment Commercial awareness and sound judgment in decision-makingSimilar remote jobs
