Job Description
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our wholesale customers. In this role, you'll help ensure orders are handled accurately, delivered on time, and backed by clear, consistent communication. This is a position for someone who takes pride in doing things right and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Position Summary Client Care Representative - Wholesale Accounts plays an important role in supporting our Dealer and Distributor customers. This position is responsible for ensuring orders are handled accurately, fulfilled on time, and delivered as promised. This individual serves as a trusted point of contact for customers, working to build strong, lasting relationships while coordinating closely with our internal teams. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned wholesale and key account customers Build and maintain strong working relationships based on trust, reliability, and follow-through Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner within company systems Review and confirm pricing, terms, and product details before processing orders Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule Track orders from placement through delivery, staying ahead of potential issues Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status, timelines, and any changes Address questions, concerns, or discrepancies promptly and professionally Maintain organized and accurate customer and order records Look for ways to improve processes and better serve our customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus Experience in customer service, order processing, or account support preferred, especially in agriculture, manufacturing, or distribution Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with order entry systems and standard office software Willingness to take ownership and follow through on responsibilities What We Value in This Role A strong work ethic and a willingness to support the team Dependability—customers and coworkers can count on you A practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges Respectful, straightforward communication Pride in doing quality work that supports our customers and our operation What success in this role looks like:

Addresses order discrepancies or concerns quickly, with clear communication and follow-throughAdd-On Sales Growth:
Identifies opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs and supports overall sales growth within assigned accountsAccount Support:
