Job Description

This is full-time pay for part-time hours. Guide clients through a high-end portrait experience—from the first call through the session—helping them create something meaningful, cherished and valuable. This is not a passive role. You'll lead conversations, set expectations, and help clients make real decisions. We are looking for someone who can: communicate comfortably with clients guide real conversations (not scripts) stay present and engaged with people accept coaching and improve quickly You will start by: calling clients to prepare them for their session helping them plan what they want to create assisting during portrait sessions You will ask strangers for money over the phone. If that makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role. Over time, you will be trained in photography and session leadership. Schedule (important) Typically 20-30 hours per week Tuesdays through Saturdays Most hours are in the afternoon and evening Saturdays are required What the job actually feels like Small team, high standards Direct, consistent feedback You will wear multiple hats You DO need: strong communication skills comfort working one-on-one with the owner of a small business the ability to handle a high-accountability environment comfort around families and dogs Photography experience is not required.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $70,000 annually (Combination of hourly pay and commissions) Why this role exists We don't hire photographers first. We hire people who can lead clients and create a strong experience. Photography is trained after that.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
