Join Catholic Charities in the temporary role of Client Engagement Specialist and help others to live their best life. Catholic Charities empowers our neighbors and creates impact in housing, food, and mental health that is seen and felt for generations. What You Will Do The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and coordinated access to mental health services within Granite City Counseling. This position regularly reaches out to clients who need appointments, schedules them directly on therapists' calendars, and maintains accurate appointment records. In alignment with the organization's no-show policy, the Client Engagement Specialist sends No Show #1 and No Show #2 letters and updates schedules accordingly. Through consistent communication, attention to detail, and adherence to HIPAA standards, this role helps create a smooth, client-centered experience and supports the overall functioning of the Mental Health pillar. This position is a temporary position, with an expected timeframe of three months. Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments for established Granite City Counseling clientsFollow the Granite City Counseling's "no-show" policy by calling clients who have missed appointments to reschedule, and sending out no-show letters.

Provide general administrative and scheduling support as needed, including contacting clients for payment collection when necessary. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years' post-high school customer service experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to use computers and technology effectively.

Knowledge of health insurance portals, spreadsheets, and electronic health record systems preferred.
