Job Description
We are a leading customer service and sales firm specializing in business development, client relations, and sales solutions. We are currently seeking a Client Enrollment Specialist to join our team and support our newest initiative bringing accessible communication devices to local communities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in front-facing positions, is highly organized, and has a passion for giving back to those in need. As a key part of our client-facing team, the Client Enrollment Specialist is the pinnacle to increasing enrollment efforts for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client enrollment process : Assist customers in signing up for accessible wireless products and services, ensuring they receive all the necessary information to make informed decisions. Guide clients through necessary documentation : Ensure all required forms, contracts, and agreements are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service : Answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer clear instructions about enrollment steps, benefits, and options available. Ensure accurate data entry : Maintain up-to-date and precise records of client information and enrollment statuses in the system. Collaborate with the sales team : Work closely with sales professionals to ensure a seamless transition from initial inquiry to enrollment. Follow up with clients : Reach out to new enrollees to confirm satisfaction and address any remaining concerns post-enrollment. Stay updated on product offerings : Regularly review product details and changes to ensure clients receive the most current and accurate information.Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in customer service, client enrollment, or a client-facing role. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and friendly manner. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues or concerns. Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus, but not required.Job Type:
