About the Role In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of Groomaroo - you will guide pet parents through our wellness offerings, ensuring each dog receives personalized care and attention. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster a welcoming environment that promotes health, happiness, and trust for every dog that walks through our doors. This is part sales, part hospitality, part customer experience, and 100% dog-loving energy. We're looking for someone outgoing, motivated, coachable, and excited to grow. Responsibilities Engage with parents to understand their dogs' unique needs and recommend suitable wellness, grooming, daycare, and fitness services for their pup Create a fun, welcoming, high-energy front desk experience Ensure dog safety and comfort during consultations Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily client flow and experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and overall facility, ensuring a safe environment for dogs, parents and staff Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and building lasting relationships with dog parents Drive package and bundle sales through genuine relationship-building and education What We're Looking For Someone who loves dogs and enjoys interacting with people Positive energy, coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically to pet owners Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged sitting and/or standing Retail, hospitality, fitness, daycare or sales experience is a plus - personality and attitude matter most Additional Qualifications Must be comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Saturday availability preferred Reliable transportation required Join us in creating joyful wellness experiences that celebrate the special bond between dogs and their humans!

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
