Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Client Manager / Customer Service representative in the thriving tax industry! No prior experience is necessary—just a motivated attitude and a desire to learn. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their tax concerns while providing exceptional customer service. You will develop your skills in financial concepts, accounting software, and client communication, all within a supportive environment that encourages growth and success. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their tax needs and provide clear guidance on available solutions Assist clients with basic inquiries related to tax preparation, resolution processes, and account status Support the team by managing client records, updating information, and maintaining organized files Collaborate with senior staff to learn about public accounting practices, tax procedures, and financial analysis Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting services through client interactions and outreach Develop analysis skills by reviewing client information and identifying potential issues or opportunities Experience No prior experience in tax or customer service is required—training will be provided!
