What You'll Do As a Client Partner at Lateral, you'll be the trusted business partner to our clients, shaping how they think about technology as a driver of measurable value. You'll own key client relationships end to end: from identifying opportunities and shaping deals, to ensuring delivery meets (and exceeds) commercial outcomes. This is a role for someone who blends commercial acumen, consultative selling, and delivery awareness . You'll know how to open doors, nurture relationships, and connect Lateral's capabilities to client business priorities.

You will:

Build, grow, and own a portfolio of client relationships, driving long-term revenue and partnership value. Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and new accounts. You'll know how to move from a first conversation to a signed engagement with clarity and confidence. Partner with Delivery and Technical Leads to ensure projects align with client goals and deliver tangible business results. Be the voice of the client inside Lateral translating their commercial objectives into clear internal focus.

Develop and execute account strategies:

mapping stakeholders, anticipating needs, and expanding our footprint through trust and results. Represent Lateral externally

• you'll already have a network you can activate on day one.

Stay close to delivery without being in it: you'll track satisfaction, renewals, and the health of the partnership, ensuring we keep raising the bar. You must bring:

Proven commercial results. You've personally led complex deals from 0% to 100% and can walk us through how you built the relationship, structured the opportunity, and closed it. An active network. You have a Rolodex of people you'd call on day one

Agency mindset. You move fast, think commercially, and build momentum without needing playbooks. You can create opportunity where none existed. Client leadership.
