This role is responsible for managing client relationships from onboarding through project completion, ensuring clear communication, setting expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the construction process. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (Sales, Construction, Design, and Operations) Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner Negotiate with clients regarding scope changes, pricing adjustments, and project limitations Push back on unreasonable or unrealistic client demands while maintaining positive relationships Provide regular project updates and ensure transparency throughout the process Track client interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems Work closely with Sales and Project Managers to ensure a seamless client experience Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer success (Required) Experience in construction, real estate, or home improvement industry (Preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Required) Proven ability to negotiate and manage difficult client situations (Required) Ability to balance customer satisfaction with company policies and operational realities Highly organized with strong attention to detail (Required) Language Requirements Chinese Mandarin (Required) English (Required) Chinese Cantonese (Preferred)
