This position is highly valued as it is the first impression to clients. New Med Spa's is Carmel's premier destination for neurotoxins, fillers, medical grade facials and laser treatments. Our team is highly skilled, professional, motivated, collaborative, team orientated and promotes a fun work environment. This team of professional medical providers truly enjoys the art of making clients look and feel better about their beauty and health with the aging process. Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology or personalized wellness practice preferred
  • Outgoing personable personality with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Sales minded with ability to support treatment and product recommendations
  • Experience with Microsoft office and electronic medical records systems (Zenoti EMR Used)
  • Experience with social media creation and posting
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Team leader strong attention to details
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily front office operations and workflow
  • Deliver exceptional client experience from first contact through follow up
  • Managing scheduling, appointment optimization and rebooking
  • Support consultation conversion and treatment plan follow-through
  • Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Checking clients in/out (Billing)
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assisting in retail sales
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Work closely with leadership to improve systems, efficiencies growth, and client satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and other office duties assigned
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and social media development
Pay Range:
Starts at $25.00 Hr.
