Client Relations - Graveyard Shift- Warriors Heart

Warriors Heart "Great Place to Work" certified is hiring for our Client Relations Team! We are looking for our overnight shifts! If in recovery, a veteran, LEO, firefighter, or 1st Responder, let your past experience assist you in healing others.

Warriors Heart is a residential treatment facility dedicated to serving our military, law enforcement, firefighters, 1st responders and other civilian warriors.

Client Relations (CR) is the go to person for our clients. CR provides concierge like services to the clients at

WARRIORS HEART

supporting them in their success of recovery. Many individuals who have a personal connection to the field or are perusing counseling licensing choose to work as a CR.

Qualifications:

• Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment
• Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
• Valid Drivers License in good standings
• Pass an annual background clearance
• Willing to submit to random drug test and alcohol screening (and pass)
• Strong Follow Through and Boundaries Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) :
• Service, service, service. The responsibility of CR is to provide service/support to the clients, the team and the facility.
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Following, proper visitor protocol (signed releases, etc) and greeting all visitors.
• Client Intake
• Must be able to perform and properly calculate Urinalysis/Pregnancy panels, and the Alcohol Breathe Analyzer. (Training will be provided)
• Know the separation between clinical and conversational interactions.
• Document shift reports daily
• Read, understand, and follow the Client Relations Policy Manual.
