Client Relations- Swing Shift 3pm-11pm

Warriors Heart is growing and is expanding our Client Relations Team! If in recovery, a veteran, LEO, firefighter, or 1st Responder, let your past experience assist you in healing others.

Warriors Heart is a residential treatment facility dedicated to serving our military, law enforcement, firefighters, 1st responders and other civilian warriors. Our Client Relations (CR) team and is the go to person for our clients. CR provides concierge like services to the clients at

supporting them in their success of recovery. Many individuals who have a personal connection to the field or are pursuing counseling licensing choose to work as a CR.

Qualifications:

• Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment
• We provide training in objection handling
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to submit to drug test (and pass) Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) :
• Service, service, service. The responsibility of CR is to provide service/support to the clients, the team and the facility.
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Following, proper visitor protocol (signed releases, etc) and greeting all visitors.
• Client Intakes
• Document shift reports daily
• Ability and willingness to learn!
• Read, understand, and follow the Client Relations Policy Manual.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
