Client Service Associate

Duties Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey Manage client accounts using Salesforce to track interactions, updates, and service requests efficiently Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of client solutions and services Identifying client needs, supporting onboarding, and processing account paperwork efficiently Maintain strong communication channels with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organization and attention to detail Experience Proven experience in customer service or account management within financial services industries Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing client data and interactions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences! Pay:

$45,946.33 - $60,000.00 per year
