Job Description

We are a Family Chiropractic and Wellness center committed to helping individuals of all ages unlock their full health potential through personalized chiropractic care. Our practice specializes in removing nerve interference caused by spinal misalignments, complemented by patient education and incorporating some of the latest regenerative technology. We also provide nutrition consultations, all aimed at promoting true health from the inside out. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help create a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently to support our mission of fostering wellness. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent front desk customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar management for practitioners Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate patient records using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Process payments, and help with patient scheduling Skills Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and office management software Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Bilingual abilities are Required (Fluent conversational
ENLGLISH & SPANISH
) to better serve diverse patient populations Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Customer service experience with a focus on patient or client support Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous Office experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Pay:
