Client Service Representative & Laboratory Director

Equine Nor Cal Veterinary Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) & Laboratory Director to join our growing large animal veterinary team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, enjoys client communication, and has strong organizational and technical skills. This is a dynamic and encompassing role that serves as a critical part of our daily operations and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional client service. Primary Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Managing client communications for Equine Nor Cal Veterinary, Crossroads Veterinary, and A-S Veterinary Scheduling appointments and coordinating an efficient daily workflow Managing software integrations and updates Performing and managing in-house diagnostics Operating and maintaining laboratory diagnostic equipment Assisting with outgoing laboratory samples Managing laboratory results and ensuring proper integration into clinical records Supporting billing systems and workflow organization Assisting with office efficiency improvements and technology implementation The ideal applicant is: Organized and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a medical office environment Professional and compassionate with clients Tech-savvy and willing to learn veterinary software systems Interested in helping improve office systems and workflow- Passionate about veterinary medicine and patient care Experience in veterinary medicine, laboratory work, customer service, or medical office administration is preferred but not required. Pay:

$22.00 per hour
