Job Description

Hiawatha is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities to include taking basic teller transactions, greeting customers with a smile, answering telephones, filing and much much more. Fast paced environment that requires critical thinking and multi-tasking.
If you have:
  • Strong sense of professionalism and being able to maintain a high level of discretion
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • 2+ years in a customer service role with cash handling experience
  • Previous banking knowledge is preferred but will train the right person.
