• Passion for pet care and animal husbandry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
• Basic computer skills for documenting patient information.

Duties Answer client phone calls Schedule appointments Greet clients and pets Get payment from clients Manage fax/email End of day/money handling Assist other team members where needed Skills Strong experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Experience in financial services is a plus but not required. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
