Client Services / Customer Service Representative

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services / Customer Service Representative to join a growing team within the personal care manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has experience managing high-volume customer communications and account support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal care, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or related manufacturing environments, along with strong account management and customer service skills.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails daily
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and customer inquiries
• Support account management activities including order updates, product information, issue resolution, and client follow-up
• Coordinate closely with production, shipping, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide status updates
• Resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, returns, and escalations professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and account documentation within internal systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service
• Support ongoing communication regarding inventory, production timelines, and delivery schedules
